- We offer a 15-day no questions asked return policy on all products purchased at retail price. All items must be un-opened and in original packaging. If products have been used, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
- If 15-days have gone by since your purchase, or if the products have been opened/used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- If shipping address is wrong due to your error and you would like to change it, you will have to pay full price for the product & any applicable shipping charges if the product has already been shipped.

When will my order ship?
All orders usually have a processing time of 1-3 business days, no orders are processed over the weekend or on major holidays*. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping.
*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
When will I receive my order after it ships?
Most of our orders ship via USPS. USPS' shipping time is on average 3-7 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up*. Please contact USPS directly if you have any additional concerns.
*We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences such as but not limited to weather, COVID-19, Holiday rush, and lost packages.
What Do I do If my Package Is lost?
Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. If you haven't received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with USPS. If you have purchased Route package protection you can easily file a claim here or reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help. Wellicy suggests purchasing Route Package Protection for all your orders. If Route Package protection is not purchased, Wellicy is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
